Equipment guidance
Operator quick-reference sections
Sample quick-reference page for the demo laser.
Use this page as a short operator guide for the Xerf / Cynosure device in the Laser Room during the sample pilot.
When to land here
- Room entry confirmation before setting up the laser demo.
- Operator coaching during pilot onboarding and supervised dry runs.
- Quick-reference confirmation for the Laser Room device context.
- Fail-closed review when training or upstream coverage signals are missing.
Confirm the room and operator first
- Scan the Music City Prep room QR and confirm that the page identifies the Laser Room.
- Confirm the device listed here matches the Xerf / Cynosure console in the room.
- Run Ready Check and verify the result is appropriate for the demo scope.
- Make sure protective eyewear and demo consumables are present before powering the device.
Equipment-page workflow
- Open the room QR and land on this equipment page.
- Use the Quick Action card to run Ready Check for the current operator.
- Review the setup, safety, and do-not-use sections before enabling the console.
- Continue only within demo scope and stop immediately if the readiness state changes.
Visible before startup
- Protective eyewear is available for everyone in the room.
- Room signage is visible and the access door is controlled during operation.
- Handpiece, console, and cables show no obvious damage before startup.
- Emergency stop and shutdown procedure are reviewed before activation.
Stop conditions
- Ready Check returns NOT CLEARED.
- The room QR, device label, and page context do not match.
- Upstream license-validity or supervising coverage is unavailable for demo scope.
- The console shows a fault, missing accessory, or any unexpected warning state.
After the walkthrough
- Power down according to the device workflow before post-demo wipe-down.
- Clean room-touch surfaces using the approved clinic process for demo turnover.
- Inspect handpiece and cable routing before storing the setup.
- Escalate any console damage or repeated warnings through the help path below.
Escalate instead of guessing
- Room support: Ask the supervising lead assigned to the Laser Room.
- Equipment concern: Hold the console in safe state and contact the demo operator lead.
- Signal mismatch: Do not proceed until the upstream license-validity and supervising coverage signals are present.
